Qolsys IQ Panel 2 - Turning the Chime off or on

You can change the settings on your panel so that when you open the door, no sound comes from the panel. Watch below to learn how to turn this feature on and off.

Step 1: Click the horizontal line at the top of the screen. This will open a drop down menu, from which you should select "Settings".

Step 2: Go to "Advanced Settings" and enter in your master code. Select "Sound" and scroll down until you get to "All Chimes".
If it has a check mark next to it, opening doors and windows will cause a sound to emit from the panel. Unchecking it will turn this feature off.

Step 3: Exit by pressing the arrow in the bottom left until you are back on the home screen.
